PRIMO OBIETTIVO DELLA RICERCA è VALUTARE IL LIVELLO DI INFORMATIZZAZIONE DELLE IMPRESE NELLA PROVINCIA DI BIELLA, CAPIRNE LE ESIGENZE LEGATE AL SISTEMA INFORMATIVO, STIMARE IL GRADO DI UTILIZZO DEI MEZZI DI ELABORAZIONE. SECONDO OBIETTIVO è INDIVIDUARE LE TENDENZE EVOLUTIVE IN ATTO PER CAPIRE LA DINAMICA DELL'AMBIENTE INFORMATICO NEL QUALE OPERA L'IMPRESA.
